For my graphic design class, I had to pretend I was hired to make new Olympic pictograms for the Paris 2024 Olympics. This project seemed easy initially, it was a really good challenge. I have never made my own symbols before, so I took lots of inspiration from the previous Olympic pictograms. After mashing up previous years pictograms, I eventually created this style. I wanted to make the characters curvy and elegant, which is how I perceive the French culture.

I enjoy how this project turned out, and I would love to continue working with this style and pictograms/symbols.
